As a long-time Board-Certified and Recertified Obstetrician and Gynecologist, I accept the responsibility for providing medico-legal review and testimony for attorneys representing both plaintiffs and defendants in cases which involve my specialty. I am available to take phone calls, review records, provide written opinions, give depositions, travel, attend meetings, and testify in court as well as in other venues such as Medical Board hearings. I have engaged in activities of this sort in the past on a number of occasions and feel that I have always provided quality professional service. In addition, having served as President of the San Diego County Medical Society, I am a capable public speaker and will add a substantial degree of authority and credibility to the matter at hand.

1. Testimony, either at deposition or trial: $400.00/hour.

2. All other work, including research, report preparation, meetings, and telephone calls: $300.00/hour.

3. Travel time: $125.00/hour.
